
An attendee feedback survey form will be provided to each attendee
in order to elicit how they viewed the event. In line with robust
and pragmatic customer relationship management (CRM) ethics, such
feedback is assigned the highest importance and is analysed with
a view to establishing what attendees regarded as the key strengths
of a particular event and what improvements they might wish to
see going forward. The objective is to maximise further the quality
of the attendee experience. The form can either be e-mailed to
