I've travelled far to get where I am today, but would like to share the rest of my journey in life with a companion, but most of all a life long friend. I am a well educated, genuine, honest, caring, energetic, artistic, independent, challenging, intelligent professional, who enjoys keeping fit, to sum it up. As well as being open-minded and easy going I have an outgoing personality with a good balance of Eastern and Western values. These characteristics have allowed me to feel culturally at ease with the wider community, having lived in London, Manchester and Birmingham. I therefore enjoy socialising, dining out and spending quality time with my friends. My friends and family would perhaps sum me up as being sincere, reliable and someone they can come to for advice and help. I have worked in academia for a number of years, but now reside in the South East, where I help people live healthier and more productive lives, which I find challenging and very rewarding. However my greatest challenge has been to swim with sharks, and as with most people I like to travel. I've been to a number of countries, including China and South Africa. So if you're after adventure, look no further! Also had the privelage of doing umrah last year. I have previously let obstacles stand in the way of taking the step of finding that special someone to share my journey in life with....I'm sure this sounds familiar. The one thing I have realised is that you have to be pro-active in finding your soul mate....So here I am! I don't have a long list of credentials I'm particularly looking for in a woman. I’m basically looking for someone who’s willing to think outside the box! We don’t have to like the same things....after all opposites attract! A relationship is more than just liking and doing the same things....it’s also putting up with the things you're not use too and accepting people for who they are, the good as well as the bad......were not all perfect! I just hope to find someone I'm compatible with, who's an adventurous, open-minded, genuine, committed and caring individual. I would hope by getting to know someone I will find that special someone to share my life with, and that you will find that special someone you've been looking for.... inshallah!
