commercial ad campaign on Third World Broadcasting (TWB) Incorporated,
a leading satellite television channel headquartered in Canada.

30 second ads on a coast-to-coast basis. The commercials

community-led demand for an event in Blackburn,
the first of its kind staged

events will take place in Blackburn in 2004, specifically on June
9, August 1 and November 20. Kamran explained the event ethics and
dynamics in detail emphasising that the carefully-derived rules of
operation represent a progressive partnership between the attendees
and their parents in terms of the attendee finding a compatible life
partner and that the event helps to preserve the integrity of the
basic value system underpinning Muslim family life. During the
live transmission, Kamran also elaborated on the positive global impact
that the event programme has exercised. The
interview has been very well received by the community.
Kamran has
had an excellent
response to the June 9 Blackburn event.

On April 28, 2004, Kamran was invited to discuss
the forthcoming Dublin event due to be held on
June 16
on 'City
Edition', a
magazine programme
broadcast by News Talk 106, a Dublin-based radio
channel. On April 29, Kamran described the event in
a subsequent interview on another Dublin-based
radio
channel, Dublin
Q102. This is the first
of three events being held in Dublin this year, the
other two occurring on September 22 and December
1. These
interviews follow an article
carried about the event in Sunday Times (Ireland) on
April 25. The June 16 event represents the first
event of
its kind ever
conducted in Ireland for Muslim professionals.
The event has generated a
great
degree of interest and is regarded by the Irish Muslim
professional community as a very positive and much-needed
contribution
on
the matrimonial front.

On
April 20, Kamran gave a very detailed interview
to All
FM, a Manchester-based
community radio station, in which
he elaborated on the global event
programme and explained definitively how
it had provided a viable and acceptable alternative
to enabling Muslim professionals to explore the
possibility of finding a compatible life partner.
He
thanked Muslim parents and their children for reposing
faith in his programme and demonstrated how the
event represents a progressive partnership
between the two generations. The event forum clearly constitutes
a robust communications infrastructure that facilitates
matrimonial dialogues within a Muslim ambience.
The interview was very
well received.

On Thursday, April 15, Kamran was interviewed by Awaz
FM Glasgow
in the run up to the first Glasgow event on
Sunday, April 18. During the live broadcast, Kamran explained in detail the event structure,
the attendee selection procedure and the rules of operation driving
the event. The need for an event in Glasgow stems from the many
requests directed to Kamran from Muslim
professionals and their families in Scotland.
Kamran emphasised that the April 18 event would be the first
of four
events he would chair in Scotland this year, the remaining three being
held in Glasgow on June 12, September 25 and November 28, each of which
can be accessed on the web site. This suite of events has
received a very encouraging response from Muslim families in Scotland
who recognise the urgent need for an event in
Scotland, which facilitates life partner dialogues
amongst Muslim
professionals in a Muslim ambience where importantly
the attendees have
been put through
a rigorous vetting process.
The interview also touched on the extensive global reach of Kamran's event programme,
which now features the UK, Ireland, France, USA and
Canada. In the UK alone, the programme has expanded to eight
cities,
namely
London,
Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, Birmingham, Blackburn,
Leicester and Glasgow. Internationally, the event has reached
Dublin,
Paris, New York, California
and Toronto.

On
January 10, 2004, Kamran was interviewed by Voice
of America. During
his interview, Kamran explained the integral
need to expand the event programme to the
USA and Canada, which
has culminated
in
five initial events being earmarked for New
York (February 28 and April 24), California
(March
14 and June 20) and Toronto (April 25). The
Muslim professional community in both the
US and Canada
is very keen on attending
a matrimonial event conceived along the lines
designed by Kamran and, as the interview
demonstrated, his event programme has clearly
received a
very warm response in
both cases.

Kamran was interviewed on 'The Asian Word' (BBC
Radio Lancashire) on
December 4 in connection with the US Professional
Muslim Singles Matrimonial event programme
he has organised
on behalf of the US
professional Muslim
community. This is due to kick off in February
2004 and has evolved as a result of requests
Kamran has
received from
the US Muslim
community asking him to apply his model
for the benefit of the professional Muslim
community there. Kamran discussed at length
the very favourable response he has received
from
prospective
attendees in the
US, the key findings
emanating from his research, which entailed
interviewing 132 US-based Muslim professionals,
and the forthcoming
series of events in New
York and California. He also reported on
the very high level of success
arising from the UK leg of the event programme
and how the distinctly attendee-led model
he has developed
in the UK
has received, and
continues to receive, great encouragement
and appreciation from the US Muslim
community.

On
October 3 Kamran was interviewed by BBC Radio
Leeds on two programmes,
namely the Breakfast Show and Connections,
where he provided a comprehensive insight
into the key concepts, ethics and principles
underpinning
the
event programme. Kamran also elaborated
on the very
high degree of success in terms of progress
on the matrimonial
front, which
attendees
have experienced as a result of attending
his event forum.

Given the unprecedented nature of the
July 11 event, Kamran was interviewed
live on
July 3 on 'The Asian Word',
a leading news magazine programme broadcast
by BBC Radio Lancashire.
He then provided post-event feedback
on the same programme in a subsequent
interview
broadcast live on July 17.

Kamran was also interviewed live on Awaz
FM Glasgow on August 18
where he took a whole range of questions fielded to
him by listeners tuning into the interview. |
