Firstly, however, the prospective member must negotiate the telephone
and written interviews successfully. These are mandatory. See
Membership Procedure. Membership will only be granted to those
individuals who have emerged successfully from these stages,
which are essential features of the vetting process. Only then
should the prospective member submit a payment.
